I love reading other peoples monthly favourites so I am going to make an effort to start doing them myself next year and hopefully as a regular video. Since I am not particularly organised I only have a blog post this month.
Christmas Yankee CandlesTurns out I bought a few too many and haven't even managed to burn a full one even though I have been trying. Yankee Candles are quite reasonably priced but I found them to burn pretty clean, to be long lasting and give of just enough scent.
Urban Decay Naked 3- here*Surprise, Surprise I have been addicted to this palette since I go it, I just love the colours especially for winter as it created a really easy romantic smokey eye.
Elegant Touch Rapid Dry for Nails - hereI've always known about quick dry sprays but never felt I really needed on until this one appeared in a Glossy Box and I have used it loads since. As you may know I posted a different nail look every day on my blog throughout advent which turned out to be terribly time consuming but this really did help. I was worried it would cause my nail polish to chip more but I didn't find that at all.
YSL Shocking Mascara- hereI don't have a whole lot to say about this, YSL mascara's are my favourite! They not only look beautiful but give me perfectly volumised, long lashes.
YSL Terre Saharienne Bronzer - hereThis hasn't left my hand bag as not only does it have a very handy mirror but it's the perfect on-the-go bronzer. It is buildable, really easy to apply and blend so you don't have to worry about any orange stripes. I also love that it is matte (but not too flat) as I think sheeny/shimmery bronzers just don't work as well in the winter.
Bleach London Reincarnation Hair Mask - hereI'm not usually much of a hair mask person but now that I have hair extensions I really feel it is important. Although this is actually aimed at dyed or bleached hair its also worked really well on my hair (actually I'm not sure if my extension were once dyed) and also smells amazing. I use it once a week, apply it to dry hair and keep it in for about 30 minutes, once I was my hair it looks super soft and shiny (plus it's only £6!)
Bumble and bumble Thickening hair mousse - hereI've been eyeing this up for a while so am happy to report that it's as good as I had hoped. When using this you need to remember that a little goes a long way as it is very easy to overload the hair which will leave it crispy and hard to blow dry but other than that it leaves my hair with lots of volume and adds a little texture which my fine hair always needs.
Armani Luminous Silk - here I finally bit the bullet and bought this at the beginning of the month, for the first few days I simply thought it was okay as I think I just hadn't found the right way to apply it. However since I tried it with my Real Techniques buffing brush I haven't stopped using it and I actually don't think I have used anything else!
